Where I work, and how far I will go
Woodbridge is home. All of Vaughan is every day. Brampton and Richmond Hill are a drive I make several times a week on Highway 7 and the 407. Here is how the coverage really works.
Coverage on most agent websites means a list of every municipality within an hour. Mine means the places where I can get to the house for every showing, where I know the streets well enough to pull the right comparables, and where I have walked enough basements to know what the builders did. That is Vaughan, especially Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Maple, Vellore Village and Thornhill, plus Brampton and Richmond Hill.
Brampton is west along Highway 7 or the 407 and I work it most in Springdale, Mount Pleasant, Castlemore and Bramalea. Richmond Hill is east on the 407 or Major Mackenzie, and I work it most in Bayview Hill, Jefferson, Oak Ridges and around Mill Pond. If your house is outside those three cities I will tell you on the call and, if I can, give you the name of someone who knows the street better than I do.
Vaughan
Home base. Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Maple, Vellore Village and Thornhill, from 1980s executive detached to the towers at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
Brampton
West on the 407. Springdale, Mount Pleasant, Castlemore, Bramalea and downtown, with three GO stations on the Kitchener line.
Richmond Hill
East on the 407. Bayview Hill, Jefferson, Oak Ridges, Mill Pond and Langstaff, from 1990s executive detached to the condos at Yonge and Highway 7.
