The people

A small team, the same one every time

One agent, one photographer, one stager I trust, one lawyer I recommend. The same four people on every listing, which is why the work looks the same from house to house.

I do not run a team in the way agent websites usually mean it. There is no assistant answering my phone and no junior doing the showings. There is me, the photographer who has shot every listing since 2022, a stager who tells people not to spend money, and a real estate lawyer I recommend and you are free not to use.

Nobody here is on camera. The houses are the point. But you should know who is coming to your door, so here is what each of us does and when you will meet us.

Adrian Marchetti, Sales Representative | Brightmere Realty Inc., Brokerage

  • A clipboard with a comparative market analysis sheet, a tape measure and a flashlight on the hood of a car parked on a Woodbridge street

    The agent

Adrian Marchetti, Sales Representative | Brightmere Realty Inc., Brokerage. Licensed in 2015 after eight years on a tile and flooring crew. Does the pricing, the pre-listing walk, every showing confirmation and every offer. One new listing a week, by choice. Reach him at 905-555-0144 or hello@brightmere.example.

  • A camera on a tripod in an empty hallway with afternoon light across a hardwood floor, front door open to the street

    The photographer

Has shot every listing since 2022, stills and film, in one morning per house. Eye-level lenses, natural light with the lights on, no wide-angle stretching. Measures the floor plan while the light settles. You will meet them once, the morning of the shoot.

  • A folded linen throw and a stack of hardcover books on a cleared quartz kitchen counter, morning light from a window over the sink

    The stager

Comes for one consultation on every listing and tells you what to remove, what to move and what to leave alone. Furniture rental is a separate cost paid directly to the stager, and on many houses the advice is not to rent any. Published Canadian ranges for the consultation are $150 to $600 (RE/MAX Canada blog, August 2025).

  • A set of house keys on a signed closing document beside a pen, on a dark wooden desk

    The lawyer we recommend

A real estate lawyer in Vaughan who handles title, funds, adjustments and keys on closing day. I recommend them because they return calls the same day and explain the statement of adjustments in plain words. You are free to use anyone you like, and I will work with whoever you choose.

Start with a 20 minute call

Tell me the street and what you are thinking. I will tell you what the comparable sales say, even if it is not what you hoped. No obligation, and I will not call you again unless you ask me to.
