Nine jobs, photographed when they were finished. No prices and no client names. What you can see is the street, the materials and the problem each one solved.

Streetsville, Mississauga. Rear patio and seat wall, 60 mm concrete pavers on 8 inches of compacted Granular A over geotextile. May 2024. The old patio had been laid on limestone screenings and had heaved until it tipped rain back toward the house.

Erin Mills, Mississauga. Side-yard regrade, grassed swale and flagstone path on HPB bedding. September 2024. After the July storm, downspout water sat against the foundation; the new grade falls away from the wall.

Lorne Park, Mississauga. Flagstone terrace and shade planting under two mature trees. June 2023. The terrace was drawn and dug by hand to keep clear of the roots, so neither tree was injured and no permit was needed.

Port Credit, Mississauga. Front walkway and armour stone steps, 60 mm pavers on a compacted base. October 2025. A cracked asphalt walk replaced, with the steps set into the slope instead of sitting on top of it.

Old Oakville. Natural stone walkway and native front garden. September 2025. Planted after the drought summer, with species chosen to take heat and a first-season watering plan written to Halton's odd and even days.

Glen Abbey, Oakville. Replacement trees, planting beds and sod. April 2023. The yard had lost its ash and its shade; the new trees were sized for the yard rather than the nursery bench.

Bronte, Oakville. Full design-build backyard: patio, stepped retaining wall, planting and lighting. June 2026. A sloped yard that nobody used, turned into two level spaces with a drained wall between them.

Old Milton. Front walkway and cottage garden at a house in the 1850 to 1890 core. May 2024. The old walk had sunk where downspout water ran under it; the new base drains and the downspout now empties onto the lawn.

Mount Pleasant, Brampton. Small backyard patio and sod. August 2023. A bare yard turned into a patio and lawn, with the grade checked first so the new stone did not block the swale along the rear lot line.
