Websites / Real estate
Websites for real estate agents.
Built for the owner who has decided to sell and is choosing, tonight, between three agents by what their phones show them.
The one moment the site is for
A seller picks an agent the way they pick a contractor: a referral, then a search, then a long look at the website. They want to see how you price, what your listings look like, where you actually work, and whether your name on the sign comes with a real process behind it.
The agents who win online show a method and the work. The ones who lose show a headshot, a slogan and a portal that looks like every other portal.
What we build for your trade
- The signature piece is the listing walk: a scroll-scrubbed film from the curb through the front door to the kitchen and the yard, cut for the phone, so a visitor walks your listing with a thumb.
- Every page carries the brokerage line and your registered title the way RECO requires, and the site never calls you a Realtor unless you are a member who may use the word.
- Market figures on the city pages come from the board's monthly report with the month and the source stated, so the numbers are right and they can be updated in one place.
- No reviews on the site unless they are real and current; a script for asking recent clients comes with the launch sheet instead.
Five pages is the product.
The same five pages every time, each one written for your trade and your customer. If a stranger searches "real estate agent Vaughan" tonight, these are the pages that decide whether they call you.
Home
Who you are, where you work, the listing film above the fold, your rule for pricing, and the call.
Sell with me
The process from the first call to closing, what is included, what is not, and the commission question answered plainly.
Buy with me
What a buyer gets, how showings work, the inspection and offer process, and what you will not let them skip.
The listing film
What every listing gets: the walk, the photos, the floor plan and the reel, shown with a real example.
Sold
Your work by neighbourhood with the type, the street and the month, never the number unless you want it.
Service area
A page per city written from the real neighbourhoods and the roads a local would recognise, with the market facts stated with their source.
See one.
A concept site for a Vaughan sales representative: the listing walk under the scroll, fifteen pages, three city pages with real neighbourhoods. A concept we built to show the approach; the business is invented and the number on it is not real.
Straight answers
My brokerage gives me a page. Why do I need my own site?
The brokerage page is a template with your photo on it, and it belongs to the brokerage. Your own site is where your method, your listings and your city pages live, and it comes with you if you ever move.
Can the site show my listings automatically?
Yes, with an IDX or a feed from your board where the board allows it; we set that up once the site is live. The concept shows the sold work as a hand-kept gallery, which many agents prefer because it stays curated.
What about the rules on advertising?
The brokerage name, your registered title and the required wording go on every page, and nothing on the site claims a result you cannot show. We check the final site against the RECO advertising guidelines before it goes live.
How long does it take?
About a week from the call to a site you can look at, once we have your photos, your process in your words and your brokerage details. The preview comes first, before you decide anything.
See yours before you decide.
A twenty-minute call, then a preview of your own site built from your real work. No cost, no obligation; if you do not like it, that is the end of it.
